Europe Green Capital

Europe Green Capital is the investment holding company for some of our investments. Currently, it is the holding company for our shareholding in Zeeland Green Energy B.V (Netherlands). Zeeland Green Energy acquired the renewable energy assets of the BioX Group in July 2009. The Company has the permit for the development of several biomass projects in the Benelux.
