Asia Green Capital ("AGC") is an independent financial advisory and investment company dedicated to selected niche markets within the renewable energy and commodity sectors. Asia Green Capital is governed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Securiteis and Futures Act. Within its target markets, Asia Green Capital is active as a corporate finance advisor by advising on merger & acquisition, structuring transactions, arranger of equity and/or debt, and as investor, purchasing assets that are either managed for clients or own account.

Asia Green Capital has an extensive network in the international financial community which includes international banks in different parts of the world, venture and private equity firms, institutional investors and investment funds which enables Asia Green Capital to source capital for any type of transaction in different segments of the renewable energy market. In addition, we also employ our own capital for specific transactions in pre-IPO and pre-private placement situations.

AGC has a growing portfolio of investments in renewable as well as agricultural sector. Among its current investments are shareholdings in a leading biogas project developer in Southeast Asia and a palm oil plantation in Indonesia.
